Trauma Healing

(For All Fathers)

Trauma Healing, developed by The American Bible Society and the Trauma Healing Institute, is for everyone who has had any level of trauma, abuse, or neglect.  The number of sessions can be modified depending on group needs.

The program focuses on caring for different types of trauma, based on the Word of God and providing the best words of comfort for those grieving.  The questions of human suffering and strife are not easy answers.  However, the core principles of Trauma Healing – connection, basic listening skills, participatory learning, and empathy – provide a helpful framework for addressing diverse topics and situations.  Discussions are centered around compassion, curiosity, and grace.
